The REST is a solid marble object made from upcycled, cast-away stone. Each piece is cut, shaped, and finished to reveal the natural character of the material. No two are alike.
It’s available in two different marbles, black and white, each paired with a matching insert. The first edition includes 100 of each.
At its simplest, it’s a bowl with a subtle, intentional angle. With the insert in place, it becomes functional, adding grip and support for items like a laptop, book, musical instrument, or picture frame. Without the insert, it stands as a sculptural object on its own.
There’s also a concealed space between the stone and the insert, creating a hidden compartment for small, personal items. Cash, keys, a note to your future self, something sentimental, or something you’d rather not explain.
